FreedomPay profiles innovation for resilient payments

C-020, Hall 6

FreedomPay will demo its payment orchestration platform, which features 1,500+ integrations, on Stand #C-020 (Hall 6). Its solutions offer brands and retailers flexible payment technology that drives performance and growth.

With its recent research showing that payment system failures can cost UK retail and hospitality businesses an estimated £1.6 billion in losses annually, it will demo its Next Level Commerce platform, which helps transform legacy payment systems into leading-edge, resilient solutions.

Invent.ai showcases new multi-agentic AI capabilities

F-038, Hall 6 

AI-native retail planning and inventory decisioning platform, invent.ai, will unveil the latest advancements across its suite of AI-powered solutions on Stand #F-038 in Hall 6.

It will demonstrate how its platform leverages its master agent, Remi, to connect a host of specialised agents to continuously support forecasting, assortment, allocation and replenishment decisions in real time across retailers’ sales channels.

Invent.ai will also share how it is working with retailers, including Iceland, Boots and Footasylum, to optimise inventory, enhance product availability and improve profitability.


Jumpmind demos next-gen POS solutions

H-060, Hall 6

Jumpmind, which works with retailers including Boots, Abercrombie & Fitch and URBN, will demo the role of next-generation POS solutions in enhancing store experiences, streamlining operations and driving sustainable growth at scale on Stand #H-060, Hall 6.

Ahead of NRF Europe, it will also host a Retail Safari in partnership with Insider Trends, alongside KIBO, OLR, Shift4, and Yocuda.

Taking place on Mon 14 Sep 2026, the store tour, which will feature cutting-edge examples of Paris’ best bricks-and-mortar formats, will be led by Insider Trends’ Jack Stratten.

Featuring new retail concepts and best-in-class flagships, the tour will explore the role of stores in brand positioning, how culture is impacting retail executions, and where in-store technology fits as shoppers seek out meaningful IRL shopping experiences.

KIBO spotlights composable commerce capabilities for scale

I-060, Hall 6

KIBO Commerce, which counts brands including DKNY, Jelly Bean and M&S among its retail partners, will spotlight its composable commerce capabilities, demonstrating how its platform unifies ecommerce and order management systems (OMS) to scale omnichannel experiences.

KIBO has scaled its EMEA presence in the past 12months, with Europe now making up 30% of its business, having scaled its Systems Integrator network, which now includes AbsoluteLabs, OLR Retail, Publicis Sapient, Merkle, and Accenture.

“The EMEA market represents a tremendous opportunity for KIBO, and the traction we’re seeing is a clear signal that enterprise organisations are ready for a composable, flexible approach to commerce,” said its Chief Sales Officer, Scott Franzen.


Klaviyo unveils its latest agentic engagement features

H-036, Hall 6

AI-First B2C CRM, Klaviyo, will exhibit on Stand #H-036, Hall 6, and will feature new advancements driving customer engagement and loyalty.

Having recently announced new capabilities within its Composer and Customer Agents, it will shine a light on innovation that closes the AI customer data gap and connects agents to the systems and workflows that shape new customer experiences.

Social commerce will also be a key focus, with its new Social Marketing solution helping brand-side marketers connect siloed social media engagement with omnichannel marketing strategies to drive revenue and enhance personalisation.

“The future of marketing isn’t about treating social as a separate channel. It’s about making it part of a unified, omnichannel marketing strategy,” said Jamie Domenici, CMO at Klaviyo.

“By connecting social engagement to the rest of the customer journey, we’re helping brands turn social interactions into lasting customer relationships.”


Retail Insight previews AI to tackle waste & protect margin

C-077, Hall 6

AI-powered retail operations platform, Retail Insight, will focus on new advancements across its suite of solutions that drive store execution on Stand #C-077, Hall 6.

This will include new predictive AI capabilities within its WasteInsight platform, which enable retailers to support ESG efforts by reducing food waste while improving profitability on near-expiry goods.

“Our Predictive Waste solution helps retailers address their waste and sell-through challenges earlier in the process when the margin impact is larger,” said Alex Considine Tong, Chief Product Officer at Retail Insight.

“Instead of treating markdowns as an isolated event, sell-through signals can feed back into buying decisions, so teams can see where they have been consistently over ordering,” she added. “Retailers can pull back before the problem repeats and see real shifts in margin and sustainability.”


SAI unveils new advancements to SAI One platform

B-044, Hall 6

Leading active intelligence solution for stores, SAI, will showcase the latest enhancements across its SAI One Platform on Stand #B-044 in Hall 6.

Off the back of its latest work with leading retailers, including Iceland where its solution cut retail losses by 80%, it will demo how retailers can run and protect stores, using visual data and AI to drive performance and profitability.

“Through continuous innovation, we help retailers run every estate location as smoothly and effectively as their best-performing stores, turning real-time visual data into real-world action that drives competitive advantage,” commented Som Sinha, CEO of SAI.


Sensormatic celebrates 60 years of store innovation

C-082, Hall 6

Sensormatic is marking 60 years at the forefront of store innovation in 2026, and it will be bringing to life its latest technologies across traffic, inventory intelligence and loss prevention on Booth #C-082 (Hall 6).

It will also be bringing back its popular Café Connect pop-up, offering barista-made coffee and conversation while visitors can explore its live demos.


Vusion spotlights connected & conversational store tech

E-043, Hall 6

Vusion will be embracing the NRF Europe 2026 theme “Next Now” with its connected and conversational store solutions on stand E-043, Hall 6, which help retailers improve store operations, leverage retail data, enhance shelf-level visibility and create engaging in-store experiences.

Working with retailers, including Morrisons, Asda and Decathlon, on ESL activations, it has recently made a significant move into the retail media space with the acquisition of In-Store Media (ISM).

“The next big digital media is the physical store,” said Thierry Gadou, Chairman and CEO of Vusion. “Retail media has already transformed the economics of online commerce. The next frontier is in stores, where most shopper traffic remains and decisions of purchase are made.”


Yocuda highlights growing role of digital receipts

M-040, Hall 4

Exhibiting alongside Shift4 on Stand #M-040, Yocuda will highlight the growing role of digital receipts in customer engagement and loyalty.

With adoption among shoppers rising, driven by convenience, demands for more post-purchase personalisation and sustainability, the latest data from Yocuda shows that three quarters (76%) of customers now opt for e-receipts when shopping in-store.

“Physical retail is all about the experience – not just while in the store but at the checkout and after you’ve left,” said Ed Drax, MD at Yocuda.
