Autonomous B2C CRM, Klaviyo, has launched new advancements to its Composer and Customer Agents designed to close the AI customer data gap, connecting agents to the systems and workflows that shape the full customer experience.

Announced today at K:LDN, the new features within Composer and Customer Agent, help brands move towards AI that acts on customer data, rather than assists, providing the context needed to drive marketing performance and engagement.

“Businesses aren’t struggling because they lack AI tools. They’re struggling because most AI can’t act on the context that matters,” said Jamie Domenici, CMO at Klaviyo.

Klaviyo’s marketing agent, Composer, uses intelligence to understand the brand, its customers and marketing performance history, and then identifies gaps to drive new and incremental revenue opportunities. Auditing live campaign flows, it ranks opportunities – from abandoned carts to lapsed customers – and recommends remedial actions.

From this, it then creates automated campaigns, which combine 14+ years of behavioural data from 200,000 brands, within the platform, ready for approval and go-live.

Meanwhile, Klaviyo’s Customer Agent is now pre-trained on each brand’s data, policies and brand voice, allowing it to serve every conversation with the full customer and brand picture. Evolving into an AI platform for customer service, retailers can create any service experience their team can imagine with a single prompt and no engineering.

Through pre-built connectors and open APIs, it can now take action across a brand’s entire tech stack – from returns platforms and loyalty systems to subscription tools.

“The next era of consumer experiences will be defined by companies that can combine AI with deep customer understanding to move faster, personalise better, and turn customer insights into growth,” Domenici continued. “Composer and Customer Agent help brands put that understanding to work.”
