Product Experience (PX) Company, Akeneo, has announced the acquisition of PricingHUB, a leading pricing management platform, as it looks to extend its Product Cloud into pricing and strengthen its AI-driven commerce offering.

The move reflects the growing shift towards AI discovery and agentic buying journeys, as product information and pricing become key signals determining visibility, relevance and performance. With pricing and product information interconnected in consumers’ purchase consideration phases, both elements will increasingly need to be tightly connected.
