Customer feedback and insight solution, TruRating, has announced that it is now live with PVH Group in the U.S., deploying its payment entry device (PED) data capture technology in Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger stores.

In a LinkedIn post, it said that customers paying at both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger stores in North America can now answer one anonymous question at checkout.

These data points will by linked to individual purchases, giving store teams extra granularity around customer experience insights, which its said would let store teams “see what customers experienced, store by store and shift by shift.”

This comes as TruRating bolstered its senior team, appointing Kate Sizer, most recently Commercial Customer Director at IGD, as its Chief Customer Officer.

Leveraging her prior experience spanning Tesco, dunnhumby, Accenture and SMG, Sizer will help enterprise retailers turn customer feedback into better commercial decisions.

“Customers are thinking harder about where they shop, and retailers want data they can trust before they hand decisions to AI. As more retailers turn to TruRating, Kate will make sure they act on what they learn, from the store floor to the boardroom. I’m so excited to have her with us,” Georgina Nelson, CEO and Co-Founder of TruRating, said.

Earlier this year, TruRating brought former dunnhumby CEO, Simon Hay, on board as an advisor, further strengthening its strategic leadership to accelerate growth across global retail markets.
