Royal Mail and Vinted have extended their partnership for another two years. The move will see Royal Mail continuing to deliver pre-loved Vinted parcels to home addresses and its growing network of pick-up-drop-off (PUDO) locations.

As demand for pre-loved continues to rise, Royal Mail said it expects to double the number of Vinted parcels it processes as part of the two year deal.

“Over the next two years, we’ll be delivering even more Vinted parcels, both by our beloved posties to customers’ homes and to our convenient parcel points in local communities,” said Mike Richmond, Chief Customer Officer at Royal Mail.

Offering wide choice and flexibility of delivery points, Vinted customers will be able to select from over 3,000 Royal Mail parcel lockers and 8,000 Royal Mail Shops, as well as 1,200 Customer Service Points. 11,500 Post Office branches will also accept Vinted parcels through the partnership.

“We are committed to working with Vinted on more joint initiatives to support the pre-loved market by making it as simple and convenient as possible for shoppers to send and collect their parcels,” Richmond added.

“Extending our partnership with Royal Mail means we can keep improving how people buy and sell second-hand on Vinted,” said Vytautas Atkočaitis, VP of Vinted Go. “By expanding the ways our members can send, and collect items, we’re making second-hand shopping more accessible, convenient and part of everyday life.”
