The Very Group has partnered with Made With Intent to enhance digital shopping journeys, curating more personalised buying experiences for its customers, powered by AI.
The new partnership will see Very use Made With Intent’s agentic decision engine to analyse over 800 behavioural signals, allowing it to predict customers’ intent in real-time. This insight will then be used to personalise what shoppers see and when content is served to that individual, from unique discounts to personalised prompts.
Made With Intent’s engine is built on a proprietary model and optimisation AI agent that work together to allocate experiences across hundreds of intent combinations, learning what works for which visitors and contexts then applying it to future sessions.
Sarah Hanna, Digital Director at The Very Group, said the solution would “unlock fast paced, scalable real-time personalisation” to “enhance customer experience” and “influence commercial KPIs.”
She added that already, just a month after going live, revenue per customer had increased by a fifth in one of its agentic strategies, and it had also seen an uplift in overall conversions.
“Made With Intent gives our ecommerce team a brand-new lever that they can effortlessly activate to make a difference on what our customers see and when – whether that’s one-off discounts or personalised payment options. It’s all about giving customers the right experience at the right time,” she explained.
“Our agentic AI decision engine gives Very the scale that’s needed to deliver more impactful, hyper-personalised customer experiences,” David Mannheim, Founder of Made With Intent, added. “Our goal has always been to move ecommerce away from generic, static experiences designed for everyone towards something more personalised and real-time. Not only because it is a better experience for visitors, but because it finds new growth.”
