The MACH Alliance, the global, vendor-neutral industry body that sets the standards for open, composable and connected agentic enterprise, has announced the winners of its 2026 Impact Awards at its flagship European event, MACH X: Amsterdam.

Celebrating the innovations and individuals driving agentic commerce forward, the MACH Alliance Impact Awards recognise real-world tech deployments, powerful brand and technology partnerships, progressive solutions and the changemakers which are driving measurable outcomes across open, composable and connected architecture.

Best-of-breed solution providers were recognized in the Impact Awards programme, with six MACH Alliance members being named Agentic Achievement winners for driving performance and tangible ROI through AI advancements.

These included: Bloomreach for its work with brands including boohoo.com and Bash by TFG (The Foschini Group); Braze; Constructor with brands Belk, IndiMade Brands, Rugs Direct and Lightopia; Hightouch with Otrium; Patchworks for its work with Snag; and Voucherify for its partnership with Altitude Sports.

This year also saw the MACH Alliance appoint the inaugural honouree of its Jon Panella Award, which was set up in memory of the industry leader who spent more than forty years connecting innovators and brands and advancing MACH principles.

Janus Boye received the award in recognition of his longstanding contribution to developing the MACH ecosystem, having spent over two decades building vendor-neutral communities and bringing together leaders to share knowledge and advance industry thinking.

Through his international events and personal network, he has championed open dialogue around composability, fostered collaboration and created opportunities for meaningful industry connections, reflecting Jon Panella’s legacy of bringing people together to advance wider technology ecosystems.

The Impact Awards also celebrated the work of other industry changemakers, with CTO of BÆRSkin Tactical Gus Fune, CEO & Co-Founder at Voucherify Tomasz Pindel, and Orium’s Director of Agentic Systems Engineering, David Azoulay, all named as 2026 Impact Makers.

Fune was honoured for tirelessly and dynamically driving agentic innovation and operational efficiency at scale, Pindel for advancing open standards for agentic commerce, and Azoulay for delivering real-world agentic deployments and helping develop the Alliance’s foundational Agent Solution Studio.

“The conversation around agentic AI has moved on from what’s possible to what’s actually working. This year’s winners have taken agents out of the pilot phase and into production, with results they can measure. And they’ve done it by building on open, composable foundations,” said Jason Cottrell, President of the MACH Alliance.

“No single vendor will deliver the agentic enterprise on its own. Agents from different providers need to work together, and that means the ecosystem has to collaborate.”

“That’s the role of the MACH Alliance Agent Ecosystem: bringing vendors, integrators and brands together to share what works and move faster together. Winners like these show what that looks like in practice,” he added.

The winners of the 2026 Impact Awards were announced at a ceremony, sponsored by Siteimprove, at MACH X: Amsterdam, its flagship European event. MACH X brings together progressive commerce leaders to share composable and agentic best practice and practical outputs, as well as offering peer-to-peer discussion, learning and networking.

Sponsored by Adyen, MongoDB and Voucherify, the event in Amsterdam follows the MACH X Spring edition in Toronto, which connected 350 enterprise innovators and senior commerce professionals from over 14 countries to chart a path for composable innovation in the era of agentic AI.

The MACH Alliance’s flagship event series MACH X returns to North America in Boston, Massachusetts, on 12 – 14 April 2027.  For more information, visit: MACH Alliance.
