POS and Unified Commerce platform, Sitoo, has made its move into North America with the opening of a dedicated New York office, as it continues to grow its U.S. footprint across brands and tech partners.
“The U.S. is a competitive market, but we are fully confident in our ability to succeed,” said Jens Levin, Sitoo’s CEO & Co-Founder. “Sitoo bridges a critical gap by combining enterprise robustness with modern agility. Our Scandinavian approach to efficient, seamless global execution is a great advantage.”
Sitoo has been steadily expanding into North America, following a number of brand partnerships, including sporting retailer, Rally House, which it started working with in 2024.
Sitoo has also been growing its network of tech partners, such as Zebra, and Adyen.
As part of its tech eco-system expansion, in late 2025, Sitoo announced it would team up with Bloomreach to help retailers deliver connected, relevant and more personalised omnichannel shopping experiences, allowing staff to access to richer customer insights to deliver connected customer journeys.
Commenting on its U.S. growth, Isabell Aakervik, Chief Expansion Officer at Sitoo, added that the move would help retailers “modernise store operations.”
“[We’re] looking forward to helping more North American retailers modernise store operations, connect every channel in real-time and create better customer experiences with [our] Unified Commerce Platform anchored by POS,” she said on LinkedIn.
