LA womenswear brand, Pistola Denim, will implement Inspectorio’s AI-powered quality management and compliance platform to elevate and standardise garment quality across its global supplier network.
Founded in 2013, the fashion brand has built a loyal following around its core promise, which delivers luxury pieces at prices that make premium denim accessible.
Daryl Rosenberg, VP of Global Supply Chain at Pistola Denim, said the label had “built a loyal following around consistent fit, finish and durability” as its USP.
And, with 65% of luxury fashion shoppers rating quality of fabric as a top-five purchase driver – higher than price, exclusivity and brand heritage – Pistola Denim wanted to ensure the quality of the materials used at each stage of production.
It will leverage Inspectorio’s quality management platform across its global supply chain to proactively manage product and quality performance, including digital inspections to ensure control and visibility across styles, factories and production stages.
It will also use the solution to enhance quality visibility, with real-time dashboards that monitor supplier performance and ensure close collaboration between its internal teams and external production partners.
“Inspectorio’s platform gives our teams and manufacturing partners one place to work from as we expand into full ready-to-wear collections, so we can scale production without compromising on what our customers expect from the brand,” Rosenberg continued.
“Brands face growing pressure to digitise quality operations and deliver consistency at scale without adding manual overheads,” said Chirag Patel, CEO of Inspectorio. “Our platform help[s] Pistola Denim do this while protecting its promise to consumers.”
