Head to LTW’s Olympia hub for insight & innovation showcases

If you’re after inside-track insight on the latest innovation trends, look no further than LTW’s hub at Olympia, which will host its conference programme.
With the mainstay of retail sessions taking place on Mon 08 June, you’ll want to make a beeline for the Transformation Stage, which will once again be hosted by Customer Whisperer, Kate Hardcastle. Key sessions include:
2.05pm – From Supply Chain Chaos to Control
Holland & Barrett‘s CFO, Vineta Bajaj, Estee Lauder‘s SVP of Supply Chain Jamal Chamariq and Fedex‘ Tony Kreager take to the stage to explore how retailers can turn unpredictability into precision with AI transformation.
3.40pm – Digital Twins as the New Crystal Ball
As increasing complexity and volatile trading becomes the norm, digital twins are changing how brands evolve their supply chain management and demand forecasting.
ASOS‘ Global Supply Chain & Logistics lead, Laurence Moore, GSK‘s Luke Bellamy and Digital Catapult‘s Dr Rebecca Lutton join techUK‘s Sara Duodu to discuss how the virtual planning tools can transform retail operations.
4.40pm – Seamless Payment as the Key to Customer Loyalty
FreedomPay‘s Mark Tomlinson shares behind the scenes insight into how payments, once seen as an operational process, are becoming key loyalty drivers for retailers and how checkouts of the future will evolve to meet consumers’ demands for friction-free shopping experiences.
5.10pm – The Human-AI Dance
Boots‘ Global Head of Digital Experience – No7, Claire Todino, joins Future Focus‘ CEO Maria McCann, Zopa Bank‘s CTO Peter Donlon and Checkatrade‘s CTO Gorden Pretorius to debate how brands can balance automation with the human touch.
Explore new innovation on the Expo Floor

Promising to bring tech to life and showcasing how innovation moves past concept into real-world execution, LTW’s Expo Floor is located at Olympia.
With data from LTW revealing that Europe’s tech investment is forecast to reach $1.3 trillion this year – up +8.2% and the fastest pace since 2021 – the event will showcase a wealth of innovation, from AI and new robotics to next-gen infrastructure and start-up concepts.
New for 2026, the event will feature its Sandbox, designed to bring innovation to life, including spotlights on the Shadow Robot (Mon, 08 Jun), human jet suit Gravity (Wed, 10 Jun) and creative scent solutions from Hynt (Wed, 10 Jun).
Broaden your outlook at LTW’s Fringe Events

Designed to offer out-side of the box insight, LTW’s city-wide Fringe Events programme offers new ideas and networking at various locations throughout the capital.
The Tech-Takeback Foundation’s event on circular IT, social value and digital inclusion (Mon, 08 Jun 2026), Global SportTech Advocates’ roundtable on how AI is redefining elite sport (Thu, 11 Jun 2026) and NexTech Hub’s session on empowering the next generation through tech advancement (Fri, 12 Jun 2026) all caught our eye.
