Premium equestrian brand, LeMieux, has expanded its partnership with delivery management platform, Scurri, to strengthen delivery visibility, improve checkout choice and enhance the post-purchase experienced for customers.
Founded in 2006, LeMieux has become one of the fastest-growing equestrian and lifestyle brands in Europe, building a reputation for premium quality, technical performance and design-led innovation. As well as selling through its direct to consumer (DTC) channel, the brand now has more than 500 online and physical retail partners, including Selfridges and John Lewis, across 69 countries worldwide.
Having scaled rapidly, LeMieux wanted to strengthen its delivery operation by improving visibility across carriers and creating greater delivery confidence at the checkout. It also wanted to evolve post-purchase communications, moving into a branded customer engagement channel.
Through Scurri Connect, LeMieux now has access to a more flexible and intelligent delivery management platform, which enables it to manage carrier performance more effectively, streamline shipping rules and offer customers greater delivery choice and confidence when checking out.
“Providing an estimated delivery date at checkout gives customers the reassurance they need around delivery times,” said Jodie Bratchell, Ecommerce Manager at LeMieux.
Deploying Scurri Track Plus has also enabled the brand to transform delivery tracking into an owned, branded customer touchpoint to improve delivery experience and drive additional revenues. In Q4 2025, Scurri Track Plus delivered an average CTR of 12.86% and a 2.55% conversion rate, turning post-purchase communications into a high-performing revenue channel.
“With Scurri, delivery has become a measurable driver of growth for us, from improving checkout confidence to unlocking new revenue opportunities through branded post-purchase communications,” Bratchell added.
“LeMieux is a brilliant example of a brand that understands how important the delivery experience is to the overall customer journey,” said Rory O’Connor, CEO & Founder of Scurri. “As it continue to grow internationally, having the visibility, flexibility and control to optimise delivery performance becomes critical both operationally and commercially.”
