AI-powered connected workforce solution, Logile, will be exhibiting at Retail Technology Show (RTS) 2026, retail’s flagship event which takes place this week (22 & 23 April, ExCeL), highlighting how retailers can unify forecasting, labour planning and in-store execution on a single platform.

As UK retailers face spiralling operational demands, including rising wage bills and tighter compliance requirements, retail businesses are under increasing pressure to align planning and execution across the store.

With data showing 84% of frontline associates believe poor staffing or rota planning leads to lost sales opportunities, Logile will showcase it latest store operations capabilities on Stand N28 at RTS.

Its platform, which is already used by retailers including AF Blakemore, brings together AI demand forecasting, labour optimisation, staffing management and store execution in a single workflow. This gives store associates and managers real-time access to schedules, prioritised tasks, comms tools and operational guidance, helping teams stay aligned and respond more effectively.

“Too many retailers are still managing store operations through disconnected systems and competing forecasts,” said Purna Mishra, Founder & CEO of Logile. “When planning and execution are not aligned, stores lose efficiency, managers lose time and customer experience suffers.”

New for 2026, Logile will also spotlight its recently launched Fresh Operations Management suite, which supports grocers and food retailers in aligning production, inventory, waste control and food safety execution. Built around a single demand signal, the suite helps retailers improve availability, reduce shrink and waste and run fresh departments with greater consistency and control.
