Sensormatic Solutions will be exhibiting at the Retail Technology Show (RTS) next week, offering retailers a first look at its latest solutions, which are reimagining retail.

The leader in retail analytics and technology – which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year – will demonstrate the latest advancements to its Loss Prevention (LP), traffic insights and inventory intelligence portfolio on Stand G60 at RTS (22–23 April 2026).

Sensormatic FLEX

The new storefront engagement platform combines visual merchandising, retail media network (RMN) and the latest LP technologies, which can help redefine storefront experiences.

Sensormatic FLEX can enable a store-as-a-media-business model, meeting growing demand for solutions that support RMN success.  The modular design allows digital advertising, marketing, store design and merchandising teams to create dynamic storefront displays that align with brand aesthetics and customer expectations.

Meanwhile, optional AM, RF and Gen2X RFID capabilities, as well as alarm options, support LP teams in deterring crime.

This flexible, fully customisable approach helps retailers increase foot traffic and sales, helping draw in more visitors to drive conversion and engagement, while minimising shrink. The flexible, high-quality displays also help retailers take advantage of high-demand storefront spaces, capturing shopper attention and opening new RMN revenue streams.

Shrink Analyzer

The cloud-based Shrink Analyzer application will showcase four new machine learning (ML) features: Track and Trace, At-Risk Merchandise Forecast, Organised Retail Crime (ORC) Activity Predictions and Chat Bot.

Track and Trace layers ML technology on top of item-level merchandise data, point-of-origin sources, point-of-sale logs, electronic product code (EPC) records and beyond-the-store environmental insights to support proactive investigations. This accelerates stolen-item identification in authorised resales and assists with compiling complete evidence packages.

The At-Risk Merchandise Forecast offers an investigator dashboard, showing the top items at risk, estimated shrink value, and which categories are at higher likelihood of being targeted.

Meanwhile, the ORC Activity Predictions predict when organised theft events may be planned, while the in-built Chat Bot enables access to 24/7, contextualised analysis to uncover patterns, investigate anomalies and identify new opportunities for improvement.

Orbit AI Sensors and Video AI Cameras

Harnessing Re-Identification (Re-ID) technology within Orbit AI overhead people counters and Video AI cameras, Sensormatic’s Store Guest Behaviours is powered by AI, providing retailers with actionable insights through ShopperTrak Analytics enabling swift decision-making and boosting in-store sales activity.

Excluding staff and non-shopper traffic from counts (without using personal identifiable information), the system delivers precise metrics that retailers can trust to make strategic decisions. Backed by this data, retailers can leverage insights to drive higher conversion, boost merchandising impact with real-time layout insights and improve operational efficiency with smarter staffing.

Sensormatic Retail On Services enabled by CSL

Sensormatic Solutions will also highlight its new Sensormatic Retail On Services offering.

Delivered in collaboration with CSL Group, a leader in secure managed connectivity, the solution combines resilient network infrastructure with Sensormatic’s end-to-end retail expertise, global scale and local support.

This helps reduce disruption, improve system performance and creates more efficient, always on‑store environments.

RFID Seam Tags

Sensormatic will also showcase its RFID Seam Tag, designed to help enhance inventory intelligence, LP and brand authentication. Providing a discreet RFID tagging alternative for clothing, apparel and accessories, the system allows brands to gain insights without compromising a garment’s look and feel.

Seam Tags can be sewn directly into garments without affecting fit, functionality or brand presentation. By embedding RFID technology seamlessly into the garments, this approach can extend the value of RFID investments, helping brands authenticate products, deter theft and reduce friction across the retail journey.

Visitors to RTS 2026 can experience these innovations first‑hand at the Sensormatic Solutions stand (G60).  To schedule a stand tour or arrange a meeting, visit: https://www.sensormatic.com/en_uk/landing/uk-retail-tech-show-2026-meeting
