
Crew Clothing Group will extend its partnership with global ecommerce marketing agency, Nest Commerce. Nest will now deliver search, social and creative across all Crew’s brands, including Crew Clothing, Ben Sherman, Pringle and Saltrock, in addition to its existing remit working across the retail group’s paid social.
Using online signals to drive cross-channel growth
Having first partnered on paid social three years ago, Nest will now use its cross-channel expertise to execute digital marketing strategies, guiding all activities, providing creative content, optimising assets and up-skilling Crew’s in-house team.
“After three successful years focused on paid social, we are excited to be expanding our partnership with Nest. Its creativity, passion and vision align perfectly with our own,” said Crew’s Group Digital Director, Raine Peake.
The strategic partnership will also see Nest deploy an omnichannel ‘test and learn’ model. This will help the retailer understand how online signals can drive both digital and offline sales, supporting its ambitions for cross-channel growth. Crew is eyeing 20 new UK store openings in 2025, building on the 15 new store locations it opened last year.

Crew’s digital transformation continues at pace
The move follows Crew Clothing selecting Datitude as its core data partner to connect, integrate and unify data across its channels and systems to support its digital transformation programme.
The partnership will see Datitude’s modern data platform deployed as the middleware to integrate data, automate data flows and manage data storage across Crew Clothing’s core systems. The platform will also power complete, accurate and up-to-date data feeds from all channels to enable enhanced business-wide reporting and insight delivery.
