Invent.ai, a global leader in AI-driven retail solutions, will showcase its multi-agentic AI platform at Retail Technology Show 2026 (Stand J48), which takes place on 22 – 23 April at London’s ExCeL.

Purpose-built for retailers, invent.ai helps planning teams make faster, more accurate merchandising decisions at scale, optimising inventory, pricing and assortment to meet demand, maximise revenue and protect margins.

From granular data to intelligent outcomes

As retailers face a growing number of complex decisions that traditional tools and static forecasts cannot manage, invent.ai’s multi-agentic platform transforms granular retail data into intelligent, coordinated actions.

Delivering true autonomous AI-decisioning, this improves product availability, reduces overstocks, optimises pricing and responds dynamically to market shifts.

“Retailers no longer need to choose between speed and accuracy, they need systems that deliver both continuously,” said Gurhan Kok, Founder & CEO of invent.ai.

“At Retail Technology Show, we’ll demonstrate how multi-agentic AI orchestrates decisions across inventory, pricing and stores, creating an adaptive operating model that outperforms traditional tools by orders of magnitude.”

Working with leading global brands, including Boots, Footasylum and Alo, retailers using invent.ai typically report 8-11% higher sales with the same or lower inventory investment and a 2-8% improvement in gross margin. Meanwhile, planning teams also report up to 80% in time savings, with measurable results in as little as 90-days.

“On top of rising costs and margin pressures, retailers are dealing with more decisions than ever to make the incremental gains needed to drive profitable performance – and that’s where traditional tools and static processes fall down,” said James Lasson, CMO at invent.ai.

“True automation powers the dynamic intelligence needed to help retailers move faster, remove silos, reduce friction and keep ahead of the curve,” Lasson added.

Boots’ AI journey across forecasting and its supply chain

Invent.ai will be joined on the Tech Talk Stage on Day 1 at RTS (22 Apr 2026, 2.50pm) by its customer, Boots.

Ann Fook, Senior Transformation Manager, Supply Chain at Boots and Farid Mohsen, invent.ai’s UK VP of Strategic Accounts, will discuss the health and beauty retailer’s journey to AI-powered forecasting and inventory optimisation.

The session will explore how Boots leveraged AI to power tangible improvements across its complex retail network and drive increased revenue, reduced inventory and improved planning efficiency. It will also share practical strategies and actionable takeaways for retailers wanting to align supply with demand across their store and DC networks.
