Electric parcel delivery company, HIVED, has announced the launch of HIVED One, a new fulfilment service for SMEs.
Built specifically for online businesses and ecommerce retailers, HIVED One simplifies the delivery process for SMEs, allowing them to save time, improve customer experience and scale growth.
According to research by Citizen’s Advice, nearly half of businesses face problems sending or receiving parcels, while over 30% lose money as a result of fulfilment friction, either through lost deliveries or customer refunds.
HIVED One aims to reduce this complexity for SMEs by providing the physical infrastructure to collect all a small business’ UK orders in one go, and a digital platform to track all their UK parcels in one place. This removes the need for engaging with multiple delivery providers to simplify operations, while offering greater transparency across deliveries to improve post-purchase CX for shoppers.
“If you’re building an ecommerce business, logistics can get complicated quickly,” said Mathias Krieger, Co-Founder of HIVED. “Our system is streamlined to save our customers time, while offering transparent rates and total visibility on their parcels so they can focus on delivering the best service to their own customers.”
The move comes off the back of continued momentum at HIVED, which announced late last year that it would expanded its eco EV-based delivery services outside London, going live in eight new locations. Having delivered more than 6.5million parcels for retail partners in London, including Nespresso, Liberty and John Lewis, HIVED is now live in Bath, Bournemouth, Brighton, Bristol, Portsmouth, Poole, Southampton and Worthing.
