Post-purchase and returns solution, ZigZag, will partner with Vinted Go, the dedicated logistics branch of pre-loved marketplace Vinted, to meet rising demand for out of home (OOH) returns.
Adding Vinted Go to its carrier network, ZigZag will expand its European footprint to give shoppers access to over 14,000 OOH drop-off points across Europe.
Last year Vinted Go broadened its EMEA services; already widely available in France and the Netherlands, it launched into Spain and Portugal in 2025 as part of its continued investment to make sending and returning parcels easy, affordable and less carbon-intensive.
“We are delighted to partner with ZigZag to open up Vinted Go’s OOH network of parcel lockers and parcel shops to retailers using the ZigZag platform,” said Nerijus Mazėtis, Director of Product at Vinted Go.
Demand for OOH returns rises +35%
The partnership comes as consumer demand for convenient OOH returns continues to grow; ZigZag’s data revealed retailers on its platform saw a +35% increase in locker-based returns during Peak Trading 2025.
The collaboration with Vinted Go will bolster ZigZag’s OOH capabilities, offering retailers a cost-efficient returns channel that lowers logistics costs while increasing customer convenience.
“As more retailers start charging for returns, consumers will expect more from the experience. That means hassle-free, local options… that meet the expectations of modern consumers and help retailers operate more efficiently,” commented Gavin Sarjeant, Head of Network Development at ZigZag.
