Co-op has introduced members’ pricing on Just Eat, becoming the first convenience retailer to introduce savings for members on the q-commerce platform as it looks to offer customers additional value.

Shoppers using Just Eat to order Co-op goods for rapid delivery will be able to save almost 37% on average across ~150 everyday products and essentials, with Just Eat now available from 1,000 UK Co-op stores.

“We continually work to create new ways to deliver quality and value to our customers – it is a cornerstone of our online convenience approach,” commented Gary Kisby, Co-op’s Qcommerce Trading Director.

“We are delighted to introduce member price savings with Just Eat, ensuring added value across an extensive range and choice of everyday essentials, which are available quickly and conveniently online from local stores,” Kisby added.

Co-op has scaled its q-commerce offering via its own online channels and via strategic partnerships with rapid delivery providers, such as Just Eat. In July 2025, it deployed Deliveroo’s white-label solution, Deliveroo Express, to bring rapid delivery services to more of its UK stores.

“We want grocery shopping on Just Eat to feel easy, rewarding and offer great value,” said Caroline Bates, Grocery & Retail Director at Just Eat. “Customers have told us that access to member pricing really matters, so we’re delighted to be delivering this with Co-op, helping people save on everyday essentials.”
