With just days to go until the doors open for The Delivery Conference on 02 – 03 Feb 2026, we spotlight just some of last-mile, logistics, cross-border, post-purchase and out-of-home innovators at the event who are redefining fulfilment.
Hosted by Metapack and ShipStation, TDC 2026 will focus on the role of AI, data, predictive intelligence, automation and real-time decision making in reshaping fulfilment, operations, customer promise and profitability.
More than 30 technology vendors will support the event across the conference programme and exhibition floor, showcasing solutions that embed logistics and fulfilment intelligence across retail operations to deliver tangible commercial impact, optimal CX and sustainable growth.
COLL-8
Stand #12
COLL-8 Logistics is Ireland’s largest customs clearance provider, specialising in end-to-end ecommerce and B2B customs solutions.
The business works with major retailers and postal operators, including Boots, THG, An Post, Holland & Barrett and River Island, managing hundreds of thousands of ecommerce and B2B imports and returns each week.
Underpinned by a large-scale 3PL operation in Dublin, COLL-8 provides brands with a strategic Irish and EU base for distribution, fulfilment and returns management. Where COLL-8 acts as the customs declarant, it can also manage returns from Ireland back to the UK, while enabling the recovery of VAT and duty paid at the point of import.
HIVED
Stand #31
HIVED’S fully electric parcel delivery network has delivered more than 6.5million parcels for its retail partners across London and last year announced its first major expansion, making its sustainability-as-standard service available across eight further cities and towns including Bath, Bristol, Poole and Southampton.
2025 also saw HIVED expand its service offering to include electric haulage and long-distance transportation, connecting cities and distribution hubs across the country with its fleet of electric HGVs.
At TDC, CEO Murvah Iqbal, will speak onstage along with HIVED customers, including Gabriella Lambert, UK&I Head of CCX at Nespresso, and Liberty’s Head of Customer Service, Kam Chadha, to discuss how together they are transforming delivery to power CX, loyalty and growth.
OCS Worldwide
Stand # 10
OCS Worldwide is a global ecommerce fulfilment and delivery partner, with a shipping network of over 60 proprietary offices and a delivery network covering 220 countries.
Working with brand partners which include Charles Tyrwhitt, Boden, FatFace and Hawes & Curtis, OCS specialises in domestic and international ecommerce delivery, including storage solutions and international postal services.
Parcelly
Stand #38
Carrier-agnostic logistics technology provider, Parcelly, enables enterprise-scale last-mile and Pick Up Drop Off (PUDO) operations to support both carrier-led and retailer-led delivery models.
Parcelly also unlocks underused commercial spaces, transforming them into hyperlocal micro-hubs that support faster, more resilient last-mile offerings.
Parcelly CEO, Sebastian Steinhauser, will speak as part of “The Flexible Fulfilment Advantage: Scaling with Drop Ship, Marketplaces & Ship‑From‑Store” panel alongside Emma Clarke (Metapack), Philip Hall (Rithum), René Schrama (Peak Technologies, Inc.) and Tom Wakefield (Kingfisher plc).
Parcel Pending by Quadient
Stand #32
Quadient provides parcel management solutions for retailers and carriers, with its Parcel Pending by Quadient smart locker network supporting more than 72million deliveries a year across over 25,000 locations worldwide.
In 2025, Evri announced it had expanded its partnership with Quadient to activate an additional 2,000 smart lockers across the UK, while The Range began deploying Quadient’s lockers across its store estate to improve convenience and security via out-of-home locations.
At the event, Quadient Director of Sales, Lee Graham, will host a panel exploring how lockers are delivering value beyond collections and returns, from driving increased footfall to boosting sales.
parcelLab
Stand #15
parcelLab is a global post-purchase software provider, which helps brands increase top-line revenues, reduce operational costs and optimise CX.
Exploring how retailers can transform operational touchpoints into differentiated and personalised customer journeys, parcelLab CEO, Tobias Buxhoidt, will be joined by Aura Hita Losa, Conversational AI Lead at sports brand On, and Daniele Thomas, Customer Optimisation Manager at New Look, onstage to discuss how an effective post-purchase experience can build trust and encourage repeat business.
Relay Technologies
Stand #14
Relay operates a hyperlocal delivery model that moves parcels through a network of local pit stops, rather than large national hubs, cutting miles, reducing costs and improving speed.
By combining technology-led routing with lighter, hybrid delivery methods, Relay helps retailers offer a faster, more affordable and lower-impact delivery experience for customers.
Luke Batten, Relay’s Sales Director, will host a session challenging the industry’s reliance on headline SLAs and reactive quality metrics. He’ll explore how reliability must be engineered upstream – not promised or reported on after failure – outlining how intelligent, preventative delivery systems detect risk early, correct issues in real-time and reduce customer anxiety before it occurs.
SEKO Logistics
Stand #06
At TDC, SEKO Logistics will focus the rising role of fourth-party logistics (4PL) providers as retailers grapple with increasingly fragmented global supply chains. With businesses juggling multiple carriers, warehouses and technology platforms, 4PL models are gaining traction as a way to restore strategic control.
Acting as neutral supply chain orchestrators, 4PL providers sit above existing infrastructure to coordinate partners and systems through a single control layer. This delivers improved visibility across siloed operations, greater resilience during disruption and increased efficiency through consolidated management and scale. “Fragmented supply chains without a central control layer are like traffic networks without signals – everything’s moving but nothing flows,” said Ed Hill-Male, UK & Ireland Sales Director at SEKO Logistics.
SEKO said its 4PL approach is already delivering measurable results for customers including citizenM and Virgin Atlantic, with inventory levels reduced by up to 32%, operating costs cut by 25% and inventory turning 40% faster. Hill-Male added that strategic orchestration is enabling businesses to move faster to market while turning recent supply chain volatility into a competitive advantage
Uber Direct
Stand #28
Uber Direct’s last-mile delivery solution enables brands to add on-demand delivery to their own website or app, powered by the same technology and courier network as Uber Eats.
Partnering with Asda since 2021, Uber Direct has supported the rollout of one of the UK’s largest same-day delivery propositions, with a renewed partnership last year expanding Asda’s one-hour delivery services to new locations. Uber Direct also works with Co-op to fulfil orders placed via its Peckish app.
At the event, Bryanna O’Kelly, its Head of Retail and Partnerships, will join Alistair McAuley OBE, Founder and CEO of Tradekart, to explore how 30-minute delivery turns local stock into a national network, unlocking omnichannel growth.
ZigZag Global
Stand # 11
ZigZag is a global returns solution provider, which powers smarter returns through its intelligent platform and global carrier network, creating personalised returns solutions for retailers and brands.
In addition to exhibiting at the show, ZigZag Founder & CEO, Al Gerrie, will join a panel session, moderated by Auctane’s Chief Strategy Officer, Josh Steinitz, and featuring Selfridge’s Head of Fulfilment, Amy Allen, Nicole Mazza, Co-Founder & CCO at Relay, and David Saenz, CCO at Evri, to discuss why collaboration between carriers, tech platforms and retailers is more critical than ever.
