Metapack and ShipStation have announced that The Delivery Conference (TDC), the leading retail, ecommerce and logistics innovation event, will return to London on 02 – 03 Feb 2026, bringing together senior leaders from 500+ global brands for two days of insight, industry debate and networking.

TDC  2026 opens on Mon 02 Feb 2026 with customer user groups and a welcome reception, followed by the full-day main conference on Tue 03 Feb 2026. The programme features over 20 sessions on technology, sustainability, CX and cross-border delivery, including keynotes, panels, AI-driven showcases and workshops.

Insight & innovation

Queen of Shops, Mary Portas, and Arka Dhar, AI Strategist with Google DeepMind, in will join Al Ko, CEO of Auctane, to explore how delivery can be more than a technical function – using purpose, empathy and storytelling to create emotional connections that drive loyalty.

Richard Lim, CEO of Retail Economics, will present findings from a new study on AI in delivery, offering actionable insights on predictive analytics, operational efficiency and CX for retailers and carriers.

Chloe Thomas, Host of the eCommerce MasterPlan podcast, will lead a panel which will explore how leading retailers are using intelligent delivery to turn fulfilment from a cost centre into a competitive differentiator, leveraging technology to enhance flexibility, resilience and grow loyalty.

Meanwhile, BAFTA-winning comedian and presenter, Richard Ayoade, will headline TDC’s closing session, offering his take on the cultural and tech shifts shaping ecommerce and logistics.

TDC’s headline speakers will be joined by a raft of thought leaders, including Ian Jindal, Natalie Berg and Katie Searles, as well as sector specialists, such as Commerce, OneStock, Linnworks and Swap, in addition to 30 exhibitors showcasing progressive delivery solutions.
