Convenience retailer, Circle K, will expand its partnership with Intelligent Management platform, Quorso, across 7,800 stores in the U.S. and Canada.

The move follows a successful pilot of the Quorso solution across 4,000 Circle K stores in Europe last year, which helped reduce complexity across workforce management and store operations.

Designed to eliminate overwhelm caused by too much data, too many tasks and too many systems, Quorso combines advanced technology with human-centric workflows, consolidating siloed solutions including tasks management, surveys and analytics into a single, action-focused platform designed to drive store performance.

“This powerful tool is helping store managers save time, act on data-driven insights and identify opportunities that make the biggest difference for customers and our business,” said Hélène Drolet, VP of Operational Excellence in North America, at Circle K. She added that the partnership would help store teams “enhance the in-store experience, deliver our commitment to be fast, friendly and customer ready” and unlock new growth opportunities,

Quorso’s CEO, Julian Mills, commented: “We will soon be live in over 12,000 Circle K stores across the world and are excited to simplify things for their store and field leaders by combining data-driven insights and alerts with dynamic store walks and audits, along with intelligent, prioritised store tasking.”
