Agentic AI decision intelligence platform, Profitmind, will extend its reach on Microsoft Marketplace from Spring 2026, creating smoother integration and streamlined management across Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft products.

Profitmind, which helps retailers operationalise AI and accelerate decision-making across enterprise teams, uses specialised AI agents which mirror how retail teams work in practice. Rapidly identifying and testing opportunities and presenting recommendations, it offer the context retailers need to decide and execute faster and with more precision.

“With Profitmind on the Microsoft Marketplace, enterprise retailers can adopt our platform more easily and move from spreadsheets to profit-first recommendations faster,” said Dr. Mark Chrystal, CEO of Profitmind.

“Profitmind [turns] complex data into clear, prioritised actions that help retailers move faster,” said Keith Mercier, VP of Microsoft’s Worldwide Retail & Consumer Goods Industry. “By combining Profitmind’s intelligent automation with Microsoft’s platforms, we’re helping retailers drive better decisions and streamline execution.”

Last year, Profitmind was crowned the winner of the Retail Technology Show (RTS) Innovation Awards, due to its ability to leverage AI to surface fast-impact revenue and margin growth opportunities to increase productivity, transparency and profitability.

“The pursuit of profit is, naturally, one of biggest challenges facing retailers,” Chrystal added. “Yet it is also one of the easiest to slip through businesses’ fingers – especially when you consider that, at any one time, a retailer can be looking at margin across 10,000 – 25,000 different spreadsheets.”

“Using AI to identify, in real-time, what retailers can do to optimise pricing, assortment, competition and inventory, unlock[s] the sales and profits that drive performance,” he concluded.
