Morrisons is installing Amazon returns lockers across its UK store estate, offering customers a quick and convenient way to return Amazon orders when doing their weekly shop.
Already live at 350 UK stores – and with further locations set to be added in the coming months – the fully automated return kiosks allow shoppers to send back Amazon items using its label-free, box-free returns policy.
Designed to make returns faster and slicker, after initiating a return within their Amazon account, customers scan their QR code at the self-service locker and deposit their parcel, which is then collected and processed as a return.
“Parcel deliveries [are] now a part of everyday life,” commented John Parry, Head of Services at Morrisons. “The introduction of Amazon return kiosks in our stores makes it simple for customers to return parcels during their weekly shop.”
“This convenient new service adds to our existing range of in-store offerings to help customers and give them more reasons to shop at Morrisons,” Parry added.
