Parcel delivery company Evri is rolling out new label printers across its ParcelShop network to make in-store label printing faster.
The new devices, designed and installed by Zebra Technologies, will be available across 7,000 ParcelShop network locations, with the full rollout due to be completed by the end of the year.
The print-in-store kiosk uses offers a zero-liner solution, meaning all labels printed are fully liner-less, reducing waste.
Commenting on the collaboration, Liam Rogan, Head of ParcelShops and Lockers at Evri, said: “We’re committed to ensuring that the shops that make up our estate are set up for success, not just as we enter our busiest trading period but also all year round, as well as striving to give our customers an even more seamless experience.
“We’re particularly excited about what we’ve been able to achieve by collaborating with Zebra, as it was important that we created a fully considered device that would provide long-term durability and efficiency as well as continue to improve on what we’ve done previously.”
