B&Q has extended its on-demand delivery partnership with Deliveroo to 29 additional UK cities and towns.

First launched in 2024, the partnership began with B&Q Local stores in London and Brighton, before expanding to larger stores in the capital.

B&Q says this next phase demonstrates its commitment to testing faster, more flexible fulfilment options, moving to more major cities and towns across the UK.

The extended trial offers store-to-home delivery services in as little as 25 minutes.

“We’re constantly exploring new ways to offer our customers more flexible and convenient ways to shop. By further expanding our trial with Deliveroo, to now cover 31 major UK cities and large towns, we’re offering customers – both existing and new – easier and speedier access to around 10,000 B&Q products to help them get their home improvement projects done.”

Amelie Gallichan-Todd, Supply and Logistics Director, B&Q.

New locations include Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow in Scotland, Cardiff in Wales, and multiple sites across England from Havant to Newcastle.

Suzy McClintock, VP of New Verticals at Deliveroo said: “Home improvement has become one of the most popular retail categories on Deliveroo, as more consumers seek out quick and convenient delivery during those DIY emergencies. Extending our successful partnership with B&Q to more cities means more customers can access what they need, when they need it, to keep those home improvement projects moving.”
