Superdrug has partnered with Just Eat, the food delivery platform, to bring customers ultra-fast delivery of over 8,000 products – including beauty, fragrance, baby care and medicine – in as little as 30 minutes.

From this month, shoppers in selected postcodes will be able to order from 29 Superdrug stores including Marble Arch, Glasgow Fort Shopping Centre and Bristol Gallagher Retail Park, with the aim to be nationwide by March 2026.

Superdrug has been the most searched high street retailer on Just Eat in 2025, and this launch answers customer demand ahead of the Christmas season.

Superdrug’s Chief Operating Officer, Simon Comins, said: “We’re thrilled to partner with Just Eat, bringing our customers their favourite products straight to their door in thirty minutes or less. It’s no surprise that Superdrug is the most-searched retailer on the platform, and this partnership perfectly supports our goal to make shopping with us as seamless and convenient as possible, wherever and however our customers choose to shop.”

The service enables customers to order directly through the Just Eat app or website, select their local Superdrug store, and choose from a wide range of products across 43 categories. Orders are picked and packed in-store and delivered by Just Eat couriers, meaning customers can receive products from Superdrug’s own-brand beauty and health ranges as well as leading brands within half an hour.

Just Eat’s Grocery and Retail Director, Caroline Bates, said, “In the last year alone we’ve sold over three million health and beauty products through our app, and our new exclusive partnership with Superdrug in time for Christmas will offer our customers instant access to even more choice.”

This initiative forms part of Superdrug’s continued O+O (Online + Offline) strategy, designed to offer a connected and frictionless shopping experience across all channels.
