Retail operations platform, YOOBIC, has acquired AI-driven retail analytics firm, Humanitics, as it continues to innovate, helping retailers to use AI to improve performance, productivity and CX.
Humanitics, which works with leading retailers including Hugo Boss and Lacoste, transforms complex retail data into smart, prioritised actions to lift store performance. Integrating Humanitics’ AI models into YOOBIC’s platform will enable retailers to move from static reporting to dynamic, AI-driven recommendations.
The combined solution gives retailers a real-time, predictive view of in-store activity, highlighting where to best focus efforts in order to drive revenue and operational excellence.
“We built Humanitics to help retail teams transform data into decisions,” said Gregory Amzel, CEO of Humanitics. “By joining YOOBIC, we can embed our AI insights directly into daily retail workflows – empowering every frontline team member to perform at their best.”
“AI should bring humanity back to retail, not take it away,” said Fabrice Haiat, Founder & CEO of YOOBIC. “By acquiring Humanitics, we’re adding world-class AI analytics capabilities that accelerate our roadmap and deliver even more intelligent, action-oriented insights for our customers.
At the same time, YOOBIC has introduced Store Manager Copilot, a new AI assistant for store managers that interprets data, prioritises actions to drives sales and operational gains.
“AI will define the future of retail – our goal is to make AI the store team’s most valuable partner. Every minute a store manager spends buried in spreadsheets is a minute lost from improving the customer experience. With AI, we turn those insights into immediate action,” Haiat added.
YOOBIC Store Manager Copilot will roll out globally in early 2026. This will be followed by additional AI agents, which will support more roles across retail organisations.
