Software provider, Retail247, has been acquired by technology services provider, Barron McCann, to strengthen its unified, end-to-end IT solution capabilities.
The acquisition brings together Retail247’s suite of platforms, including Origin PIM and its order management solution Archean, and Barron McCann’s software, including its merchandise and warehouse management ERP, Merret Pro.
Barron McCann already supports over 21,000 customer sites nationwide, including Papa Johns, Iceland Foods and Vue Cinemas, while Retail247 counts brands such as Crew Clothing, Mint Velvet, Radley and Piglet in Bed amongst its client portfolio.
