AI-powered Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), MoEngage, has raised $100million in Series F funding from its existing investor, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and a new investor, A91 Partners.

The investment injection will be used to enhance MoEngage’s Merlin AI solution, a suite of AI agents that allow retailers and brands to automate campaign creation, offer decisioning and improve conversion rates.

It will also use the funding to expand its go-to-market and customer success teams across North America and EMEA.

As well as serving over 1,350 brands across 75 countries, powering digital experiences for more than 2billion users each month, MoEngage now works with 300+ enterprise retailers globally, including McAfee, Kayak, Domino’s, and Travelodge.

The funding comes off the back of a period of sustained momentum for MoEngage, after the CEP announced in September that it would work with luxury marketplace, FARFETCH, to unify customer data and enhance personalisation.

Partnering with MoEngage, FARFETCH will build a single, trusted view of the customer, unifying data across owned and paid channels to create personalised buying experiences to enhance campaign performance, deepen customer relationships and drive growth.
