
Pet food subscription business, Tails.com, will partner with delivery platform Metapack, to refine its fulfilment processes for faster shipping and power improved conversion rates at the checkout.
Founded in Richmond in 2014, Tails.com now delivers tailored nutrition to thousands of dogs every month. Using data, including a dog’s breed, age, activity level and health needs, it creates kibble blends tailored to the personal needs of each pup.
As part of its commitment to offering data-driven services and a customer-first approach, Tails.com will partner with Metapack to give customers more shipping choice and price transparency at the checkout.
Equipped with real-time data and operational insights powered by Metapack, the pet food business can refine its fulfilment processes for faster shipping, while reducing failed deliveries and improving conversion rates.
