
Logicbroker, the U.S. digital commerce platform which specialises in marketplaces and dropshipping, has acquired Virtualstock, Europe’s largest dropship SaaS solution.
Established in 2004, Virtualstock’s dropship and curated marketplace platform now processes more than 8million orders annually, working with big name retailers including Aldi, B&Q, Currys and John Lewis. Its solution provides retailers with seamless supplier onboarding and product induction, as well as connecting suppliers directly with buyers at major retailers.
The acquisition will create “one of the largest international dropship supplier networks” with more than 15,000 brand partners globally, helping enhance leading retailers’ multi-party commerce orchestration capabilities.
