
With under a week to go until NRF debuts its first-ever European event at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (16 – 18 Sep 2025), we take a look ahead at some of the standout innovation from the show’s expo halls.
With 480+ exhibitors due to demo disruptive solutions that are reshaping retail, we’ve rounded up our top ten picks of the tech you won’t want to miss at the event next week.
Castles Technology
Booth: #V071, Hall 4
Castles Technology will unveil new payments capabilities that help retailers deliver fast, personalised and secure checkout experiences, in-store and online.
It will highlight its latest solutions, including its SoftPOS system, which can turn any NFC-enabled Android smartphones or tablets into secure, contactless payment devices.
It will also spotlight its smart PIN pad, which doubles up as a customer engagement tool, enabling retailers to deploy promotions and targeted up-selling and cross-selling at the checkout to power new revenue streams.
Lobyco
Booth: #M126, Hall 4
Lobyco will be showcasing how retailers can build loyalty that lasts with its latest innovations that enable retailers to strengthen customer relationships through immersive, digital rewards.
The solution helps retailers go beyond traditional rewards within their membership and loyalty programmes, with simplified promotions, AI-powered personalisation and gamification, while opening up new retail media revenue streams.
Lobyco recently partnered with Southern Co-op to enhance its existing membership loyalty proposition with a new app. The app now simplifies rewards, enhances customer engagement with gamification and delivers improved value for shoppers via dynamic promotions.
Mirakl
Booth: K115, Hall 6
Showcasing next-generation agentic AI capabilities, Mirakl will demonstrate its solutions that optimise retail marketplace models, from AI-ready catalogue data and product information to monetisation via retail media.
It will spotlight how retailers can leverage agentic technology to expand customer reach, drive traffic and create ‘value flywheels’ for business growth.
Online department store, Freemans, recently partnered with Mirakl to scale its dropship capabilities and expand its range of third-party bands. The partnership increases the number of products available for shoppers online and enables third-party brands to send stock directly from their own fulfilment facilities.
OneStock
Booth: #J22, Hall 6
OneStock and Shopify will come together on a shared pavilion at NRF Europe, demonstrating how retailers can tap advanced Order Management Systems (OMS) to accelerate their unified commerce capabilities to scale internationally, serve customers across channels and optimise operations in real-time.
As well as featuring its ecosystem partners, including appointment setting technology Booxi and AI consultancy VO2 Group, the booth will also include a Live Content Area. This will deliver a series of talks, demos and success stories to help retailers realise their omnichannel growth ambitions.

RELEX
Booth: #M087, Hall 4
RELEX Solutions will demo how agentic AI can transform modern supply chain operations, with solutions that enable retailers to unlock strategic decision-making, automate workflows and deliver cross-functional efficiencies.
On its booth, it will focus on new AI capabilities spanning forecasting, replenishment, root-causing diagnostics and inventory optimisation.

Sensormatic Solutions
Booth: #E124, Hall 6
Sensormatic Solutions will showcase a suite of its latest AI and machine-learning (ML) solutions to help retailers enhance CX, improve store operations and reduce shrink.
One standout innovation is Shrink Analyzer, which helps retailers strengthen loss prevention (LP) programmes. Enhancing theft analysis, it uses ML to continuously improve loss event identification accuracy, accelerate evidence-building processes and support early detection and remediation.
Sensormatic will also demonstrate new enhanced retail traffic analytic capabilities with Re-ID technology. This leverages advanced deep-learning and AI to offer powerful insights into shopper behaviour in-store. Tracking demographics, abandonment rates, shopper-only conversion rates and dwell times, it gives retailers previously unseen movement patterns and insights into their stores to improve performance.
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions
Booth: #G167, Hall 6
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions will focus on the latest innovations powering personalised buying journeys, operational excellence and advanced retail media capabilities.
This will feature next generation Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions that create tailored checkout experiences that can adapt and grow to meet retailers’ changing business needs. It will also demo modular self-checkout solutions, powered by AI and computer vision, which feature the latest LP technologies to reduce shrink while increasing checkout speed.
Earlier this year, Matalan extended its partnership with Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions to enhance in-store experiences and make shopping faster, smoother and more connected across its sales channels. As well as upgrading ~1,800 in-store devices to Toshiba’s latest hardware, Matalan is now the first UK retailer to implement its VisualStore Commerce Platform.
Retailers will also be able to discover Toshiba’s latest software on the stand that supports Retail Media Networks (RMNs), delivering personalised shopping experiences and leveraging AI to accurately measure ROAS, shopper engagement and in-store conversations.
TruRating
Booth: Innovators Showcase, #T127, Hall 4
POS feedback solution, TruRating, will be a part of the NRF Innovators Showcase, which spotlights cutting-edge advances in AI, AR, ML, robotics, facial recognition and payments.
TruRating will highlight how retailers can leverage feedback from everyday customers, collected at scale and in the moment, to improve operational performance and enhance CX to boost sales and loyalty.
Verity
Booth: #B156, Hall 6
Verity will showcase its AI-powered mobile intelligence solution that enables complete warehouse operational visibility through fleets of fully autonomous drones.
This delivers insights that empower retailers to achieve greater operational efficiencies and build faster, smarter and more sustainable supply chains.
It will focus on innovations that deliver greater transparency, with daily, real-time visibility across SKUs and locations, optimisation to create fewer stockouts, oversells and shrink, as well as transformation that protects margins and elevates CX.
Yocuda
Booth: J100, Hall 6
Yocuda, the market leader in dynamic digital receipts, will be exhibit alongside its partners Global Blue and Shipup, showcasing how digital receipts are transforming retail engagement.
Going beyond simply replacing paper receipts, Yocuda enables retailers to better identify in-store customers – even without a loyalty card – while driving loyalty programme sign-ups and marketing opt-ins, re-engaging shoppers post-purchase with personalised content and improving sustainability.
Longchamp recently partnered with Yocuda to elevate in-store customer experiences and enhanced post-purchase customer engagement. With powerful 1-2-1 product recommendations and tailored branded content post-purchase, Longchamp sent 590,000 digital receipts via the Yocuda platform, achieving a 73% email open rate and a 5.5% click-through rate.
