ASOS will partner with traceability and compliance solution, TrusTrace, to enhance its supply chain transparency and resilience.
The move will also strengthen ASOS’ risk management and compliance across its global value chain, while supporting its Fashion with Integrity strategy. “Our partnership with TrusTrace is a key milestone in our updated Fashion with Integrity programme,” said Elena Martínez Ortiz, EVP of Product at ASOS.
Integrating TrusTrace’s AI-enhanced platform, ASOS will be able to streamline operations across risk, compliance and impact management, ensuring timely access to trusted data that enables proactive decision-making, due diligence and compliancy.
“TrusTrace enables us to improve product traceability, helping us meet standards, understand and address risks, and boost resilience in our supply chain by supporting our suppliers to implement improvements,” Ortiz added.
The TrusTrace platform will support supply chain mapping, offering end-to-end visibility from Tier 1 to Tier 5 suppliers, as well as product-level traceability, allowing ASOS to verify material data from its source to the final garment. Featuring centralised compliance documentation, streamlined for evolving global regulations, the solution will also include in-built analytics that allows supplier collaboration and ESG reporting.
“ASOS’s decision to partner with TrusTrace reflects a growing industry shift toward data-driven accountability and ethical transparency,” said Shameek Ghosh, CEO and Co-Founder of TrusTrace.
“Our platform will empower ASOS with high-resolution supplier data, centralise documentation and seamlessly integrate with existing systems to streamline and future-proof compliance and sustainability efforts,” Ghosh added.
The ASOS partnership follows New Look also announcing it would work with TrusTrace earlier in May. New Look will leverage TrusTrace’s solution to create greater visibility across its supply chain and support more responsible sourcing as part of its ESG strategy.
