
Premium tea and coffee retailer, Whittard of Chelsea, has extended its partnership with logistics provider, Wincanton, to support its domestic and international growth.
Under the renewed contract, Wincanton will continue to manage both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) fulfilment operations from its e-fulfilment centre in Northampton.
For B2C operations, Wincanton will continue to handle online order fulfilment for customers across the UK and international markets, managing everything from storage and pick-and-pack to multi-carrier delivery services.
For B2B, Wincanton will continue to oversee stock distribution to Whittard’s UK stores , ecommerce fulfilment, and international wholesale partners.

The contract also includes a range of specialist services, from managing the certification requirements for international shipping – critical for regulation-compliant international trade – to Whittard’s personalisation services, including bespoke blending and packaging of tea and coffee products , as well as packing gift orders and personalised gift messages.
