British skincare brand, ELEMIS, has partnered with Swedish agency, IMPACT Commerce, to enhance customer experience across its global channels by integrating its commerce functions with retail partners and department stores alongside the development of a client community.
The collaboration will support ELEMIS’s digital business while also incentivising customers to visit stores and spas.
IMPACT will be responsible for designing end-to-end architecture and implementing new technologies for ELEMIS. By activating customer data, the partnership will result in the creation of personalised clienteling experiences for ELEMIS customers regardless of whether they shop in stores, visit spas, or interact online.
We want to be innovative together and my ambitions go beyond delivering customer experience. IMPACT managed to translate the project into a commerce vision. We asked six consultancies for scope A to B, but IMPACT was the only one going above and beyond showing the way for our business.”
Cedric Robert, CIO, ELEMIS.
The digital transformation programme will see IMPACT implement several technology solutions from vendors including Akeneo, Bloomreach, Boomi, Commercetools, Constructor, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sanity.
“The strategic partnership with ELEMIS encapsulates our skills and visions, where we work together as a team with clear goals. With our expertise, true ‘one team’ setup and focus on first-class omnichannel experience, our collaboration will deliver growth across global channels,” says Kasper Holst, CEO at IMPACT Commerce.
