Fast-growth jewellery brand, Jewells, has partnered with unified commerce platform, NewStore, to roll omnichannel Point Of Sale (POS) across its seven UK stores to deliver premium, personalised shopping experiences to customers.
The move will enable seamless buying journeys across the jewellery brand’s digital and physical touchpoints, as well as supporting Jewells’ ambitious global expansion plans, as it targets scaling to 2,000 stores globally within five years.
Curated with modern consumers in mind, Jewells offers a wide range of styles, ranging from trend-led and ultra-affordable jewellery to solid gold and lab-grown diamond investment pieces. It also offers a range of services, including tattoos and piercings. Having opened seven UK stores in high profile, high footfall locations within just six months, its physical outlets are designed to deliver immersive experiences, as Leah Uka, CEO of Jewells, explained:
“Our mission is to build a global brand that connects with customers through meaningful, immersive retail moments. We chose NewStore because it offers the modern, mobile-first foundation we need to bring that vision to life and the agility to scale quickly and easily.”
With NewStore, store associates can complete transactions, manage appointments and process custom engraving requests from anywhere on the store floor via a mobile or tablet device. Additionally, built-in omnichannel capabilities, such as clientelling, endless aisle, mixed cart, store fulfilment and Click & Collect, support the brand’s high-touch service model while delivering maximum flexibility and convenience for shoppers.
“Jewells has a clear vision for global growth, and we built NewStore to support that kind of journey,” Michael DeSimone, CEO of NewStore, said. “By launching on our platform from day one, they’ve put the right technology in place to scale quickly, adapt easily and deliver consistent shopping experiences anywhere in the world.”
AbsoluteLabs, a certified NewStore integration partner, led the implementation and will continue to support Jewells as it expands into new markets.
