Saks Global has extended its partnership with global B2B commerce platform, NuORDER by Lightspeed, with luxury brands, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman, going live on its digital merchandising platform.
The move supports Saks Global’s strategy to reinvent and modernise luxury retail experiences, enabling faster, data-driven buying decisions and more personalised assortments. The Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman brands join Saks Fifth Avenue, which already leverages NuORDER to make informed buying decisions using real-time data to improve luxury shopping journeys.
“Retailers are rethinking their wholesale strategies to become more precise, profitable and brand-aligned,” said Chris Akrimi, GM of NuORDER by Lightspeed.
By replacing outdated manual processes, NuORDER reduces operational costs associated with buying and merchandising. It also allows retail teams to plan and manage assortments across multiple brands based on live data, ensuring collections align to the tastes of luxury consumers.
“With the continuous evolution of luxury consumer shopping preferences, we’re committed to building a fashion assortment that is both relevant and inspiring,” said Paolo Riva, Chief Brand Partnerships & Buying Officer at Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus.
Riva added that the partnership with NuORDER would enable it to offer a “refined edit of the latest fashion,” supporting highly personalised shopping experiences.
“With NuORDER’s analytical capabilities, we are equipping our teams with modern tools to ensure customers’ needs are met. We look forward to working with NuORDER to amplify our globally-recognised curation and deliver the best in luxury, season-after-season.”

“By expanding our partnership to include Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Global is reinforcing its commitment to smarter buying, faster go-to-market timelines and delivering assortments that meet the moment,” NuORDER’s Akrimi added.
Last month, Scandinavian multi-brand luxury retailer NK Retail also announced its partnership with NuORDER to digitise and streamline its buying and merchandising operations. By adopting the B2B wholesale platform, the retailer says it is creating more time for its team to focus on delivering the best fashion, beauty and interiors product selection for its customers.
