With London Tech Week (LTW) 2025 fast approaching, we’ve rounded up the top sessions and fringe events you’ll not want to miss out on during the citywide celebration of tech taking place in the capital between 09 – 13 June 2025.

A spotlight on retail innovation

With the LTW Expo and its main Content Stages taking place at London’s Olympia between 09 – 11 June 2025, all eyes turn to the conference programme to hear from forward-thinking retail leaders and progressive brands at the cutting-edge of innovation as they take to the stage.

Most of the retail tech focused sessions will take place in the afternoon of Day 1 (09 June) on the Innovation Stage, chaired by Customer Whisperer, Kate Hardcastle MBE.

Key sessions to catch will be ‘The Future Shopper – What do Customers Really Want?‘ at 2.10pm on Day 1 when Retail Consultant and Influencer, Andrew Busby, will lead a panel discussion with H&M‘s CTO George Mudie, Virgin Atlantic‘s Head of BI Tom Barber, and Hayley Ward, Director of User Research and Insight at Deliveroo.

The panel will explore how customer expectations in retail experiences are evolving and the key demands shoppers now expect in their buying journeys – from seamless experiences to hyper-personalisation, transparency and convenience. They will also forecast their predictions for the future of omnichannel and the digital store, the role of sustainability and key disruptive retail tech plays shaping shopping.

At 2.50pm on Day 1, Natalie Berg, Retail Analyst and Host of the Retail Disrupted podcast, will moderate a session on The Evolution of Supply Chain. Joined by Tesco‘s Head of Product Kuru Subramaniam, Unilever‘s Vice President of Global Customer Operations, Francis Castro, and Saul Resnick, CEO UK&I of DHL Supply Chain, the discussion will explore how tech can power agility and resilience in retail supply chains.

Outlining strategies for overcoming challenges presented by fluctuating demand, global trade and geo-political tensions, extreme weather events and the need for greater transparency, the discussion will also explore key solutions, such as digital twinning, IoT and demand forecasting, driving supply chain change.
