Specialist online sports and fitness retailer, Sweatband.com, has selected Scurri to power its delivery experience game. It will use the delivery management platform and post-purchase experience provider’s solution to enhance fulfilment, from dispatch through to customer notifications.

Sweatband.com provides fitness enthusiasts with top-quality sporting equipment and gym accessories – from treadmills to cross trainers, dumbbells, multi-gyms and yoga mats. It stocks top sporting brands, including Adidas, Nike and NordicTrack, alongside its own-brand equipment collections, DKN and Viavito, and its clothing and supplement range, Half Human.

The online sports retailer will use the Scurri Connect delivery management platform. This will enable it to manage multiple carrier integrations, including two-person deliveries for heavy sports equipment, to power its fulfilment offering across free standard and signed for deliveries.

Sweatband.com has also deployed Scurri Track Plus, a post-purchase solution that allows it to control and enhance delivery experiences beyond the checkout. This includes branded order tracking, ensuring customers are kept up-to-date on their order status from dispatch to final mile.
