From 11 – 12 June, The AI Summit London will return for its 9th edition as the headline AI event of London Tech Week, bringing together retail and brand leaders, policymakers and AI trailblazers.

Returning to Tobacco Dock, the theme of the 2025 event will focus on AI and the Future of Work. Over 300 speakers, including BP, Asda, Jaguar Land Rover and Holiday Extras, and 100 expo partners will showcase progressive AI best practice and use cases to help retailers up-skill their workforces through its eight-stage conference programme, immersive demos and networking sessions.

“The AI Summit London is the headline AI event of London Tech Week – where industry leaders come together to navigate the ever-changing applications of AI,” said Caroline Hicks, Senior Director of The AI Summit Series, which is run by Informa Connect.

Trailblazers bring AI to life on the conference programme

Across a packed two-day agenda, industry leaders and forward-thinking retailers and brands will take to the stage to explore the key challenges and opportunities presented by AI technology.

David Norris, Chief Growth Officer at Holiday Extras, will explore how AI is evolving the travel sector in his session, Customer Success 2.0, which dives into how travel retailers and brands can turn the promise of AI into tangible results.

Meanwhile, Jaguar Land Rover’s Chief Data & AI Officer, Chrissie Kemp will discuss how iconic brands retain exclusivity, personalisation and sustainability while leveraging new technologies in her session, Timeless Meets Tech: Redefining Luxury with AI.

“We’re proud to offer a dynamic agenda and unmatched access to today’s most influential AI leaders. The AI Summit serves as a trusted platform for the AI community to connect, gain exclusive insights and stay ahead of the trends shaping the future.”
