Pets at Home has launched a new in-store subscription service, Easy Repeat, allowing customers to set up subscriptions to access “market beating savings” on regularly-bought pet products.

Designed to deliver customer convenience, ease and value, shoppers subscribing to receive regular petcare orders via Easy Repeat receive a Best Price Guarentee that rewards them for their loyalty. “Customer feedback is clear: people appreciate the service they receive from our expert colleagues and genuinely love coming into our stores,” Pets at Home’s Chief Consumer Officer, Kathryn Imire, said. By combining its in store and online services, the retailer said the move would enhance its omnichannel offering.

Store staff can set up shopper subscriptions in just three steps on handheld devices, as well as integrating customers’ Pets Club loyalty membership into Easy Repeat.

It also means customers can benefit from the petcare expertise of in-store colleagues when setting up their subscriptions, allowing shoppers “to spend less time thinking about essentials and more time enjoying their pets.” Imire added.
