Fortnum & Mason is stepping into quick-commerce (q-commerce), offering 24/7 on-demand delivery across its most popular products in partnership with premium convenience delivery app, Zapp.
The partnership, announced today, will see a carefully curated range of products – from signature loose-leaf teas, biscuits and F&M’s iconic hampers – available for home delivery in minutes to customers living in the capital.
By adding q-commerce to its retail offer, Fortnum & Mason hopes to meet the changing needs of modern consumers, offering seamless and fast-fulfilment for its premium products. The move makes Fortnum & Mason one of London’s first high-end stores to partner with an on demand delivery service.
“We are always looking for new ways to bring our products to customers in a way that complements their busy lifestyles. Partnering with Zapp ensures our customers can enjoy their favourite Fortnum’s treats whenever they wish, delivered in minutes, 24/7.”
Liz Darran, Chief Brand & Creative Officer, Fortnum & Mason
“Offering customers instant access to some of the most sought-after luxury products on the market… our partnership combines the best of Zapp’s on demand 24/7 delivery with Fortnum’s heritage and quality, reflecting a shift in how premium brands now reach consumers.” Rowan Lawson, Director at Zapp, added.
